Eligible Return/Refund Scenarios

Change of Mind/Exchange: Items may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Product Received: Notify us within 30 days. We will ship the correct item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Delivery/Cancellation: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or if you cancel before shipment, please contact us for assistance and a refund if applicable.

Custom/Personalized Products: Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
