Requesting a Return or Refund

If you have a problem with your order, please email our customer service team at support@kuzuma.store within 30 days of receiving it.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will give you instructions on how to send the item back and the address for the return shipping (if necessary).

Situations Where You Can Get a Return or Refund

1. Change of Mind or Exchange

You can return an item within 30 days if:

• it hasn't been used
• it is in its original condition
• it includes all original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Broken or Faulty Item

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away.

• We will cover return shipping
• You will receive a replacement or a full refund

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 30 days.

• We will send the correct item or issue a refund at no extra cost

4. Delay or Cancel Your Order Before It Ships

If your order doesn't show up on time or you cancel it before it ships, please get in touch with us for help and a refund if you need one.

5. Items That Are Made Just for You

You can't return these items unless they are broken or not working.

Refund Process

We will let you know if your refund is approved or denied after we get the item(s) back and check them.

Refunds that have been approved are processed in 5 to 7 business days.

Your original payment method will get the refund.

Please be aware that it may take up to seven more days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
